Unworn and unwashed merchandise (excluding accessories and final sale items) can be returned within 14 days of your item(s) delivery date. KITS does not offer refunds of any kind, only store credit. Please contact us at email@example.com for returns information.
We will send you a gift card to our store for the full price of the item(s) including tax.
Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders within the contiguous US.
We are not responsible for items that have been delivered to the wrong given address. If you have, however, inputed the wrong shipping address on your order, please email us as soon as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org so that we can fix it BEFORE it ships. Once your package ships we are not responsible, including lost or stolen packages.
